1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period.

To cancel your subscription, please visit your "My Account" page or contact our support team at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.

2. No Refunds

As stated on our pricing page:

  • All payments are final.
  • All listed base prices are exclusive of an 18% GST, which is automatically calculated and added during checkout.
  • We do not offer refunds (prorated or otherwise) for cancellations mid-month or for unused subscription time.
  • Coins purchased or earned are non-transferable and have no monetary value.

We offer a free trial/demo mode so you can evaluate our service before making a purchase. Please ensure the service meets your needs before subscribing.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of a technical error where you have been double-charged or charged after a confirmed cancellation, please contact us immediately at . We will review such cases individually and process refunds if the error is verified to be on our end.
